We are all fools in love.

Hello people.

My life has been somewhat hectic at the moment. I have been studying Wordsworth and Shelley for my literature module, working what feels like everyday and also eating a lot of pizza. As much as I love poetry, I cannot understand how someone can call fourteen books a poem! Wordsworth completely drained me and took some time to plough through, I may or may not have negated to read a twenty six pages long poem however. As with most things I learn about it, it is always important to consider context. Literally everything. Which is sometimes interesting and other times I can hardly see the point. 

I am however finding Shelley really interesting, in both poetry and context as his poems aren't ridiculously long and the structure is easy to follow. I received both my TMA marks, one for literature and the other for creative writing, the one I did in like a week. Really disappointed with my creative writing mark, but all the comments I received were completely valid as I didn't do enough character developing and editing. It's my own fault for working so much and ignoring it but I have learnt my lesson will work less hours in the future!

It's my birthday Thursday! I'm starting to get excited now. Going out with friends on Tuesday for drinks, as well as mexican food on Thursday and Newquay for the whole weekend. (: I need to manage my time to fit studies around all of this so I don't fall further behind. 

I got an early birthday present too...It's a micro dermal, I guess it's called a piercing? The guy (who has done all my piercings) punches the skin with a weird device and then puts an anchor under the skin, and screws the jewellery on to that. It sounds so painful but it wasn't at all. It was such a bizarre feeling that I really cannot explain. Sort of what I imagine CPR from a paramedic would be. But not painful. 

Finally I have watched many films, Currently Pride & Prejudice, I used to watch films all the time and be really into filmmaking but since I've finished college and don't study film anymore and am also not with my ex, I got out of the loop a bit. I hope, when I have more time, to do a post on my favourite films. Or posts. 

Anyways, I should sleep, I have work early :( and am the worst morning person known to man.
